About the position

The Senior Manager, Compensation + Benefits is a pivotal role responsible for leading the development and integration of compensation and benefits programs within the organization. This position requires a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization. The role is designed for an experienced professional who can lead teams, manage the benefits annual renewal process, and develop strategies for benefits programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and integration of compensation and benefits programs.
  • Consult with various departments to assess and address business needs regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Oversee the benefits annual renewal process, including managing changes, proposals, and costs.
  • Manage partnerships related to Leave of Absence (LOA) programs.
  • Develop strategies, systems, tools, and processes for benefits programs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a solution-driven mindset.
  • Experience in presentation and collaboration.
