The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Manager in Compliance Training to join their team. This position is a unique opportunity within the Global Compliance organization, where the selected candidate will lead a small, dynamic team responsible for shaping and modernizing compliance-related training across the enterprise in collaboration with various functional organizations. The Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director of Compliance Controls and will be expected to understand compliance training best practices. This role involves providing strategic, operational, and project management support to enhance the overall portfolio and effectiveness of mandatory compliance training. The ideal candidate will communicate a shared vision of the training strategy and contribute to shaping courses that address the most significant compliance risks facing The Boeing Company and its subsidiaries. The candidate should have experience in developing or guiding compliance training and be eager to learn from and contribute to a fast-paced, diverse, action-oriented team focused on risk awareness efforts across the company. Collaboration is key in this role, as the Senior Manager will work closely with the Human Resources (HR) Learning & Development organization, as well as leaders and individuals in business units and functions across the enterprise who are experts in their domains. The role also requires consulting and providing guidance on courses outside of the mandatory compliance training portfolio that are essential for business units and functions. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and direct reports is crucial. The Senior Manager will be involved in developing and executing the enterprise training plan annually, proactively providing input on the compliance training strategy, and identifying innovative ideas and training techniques to improve the training environment continuously.
