About the position

The Senior Knowledge Management Technical Lead will provide technical leadership for the Information Knowledge Management (IKM) Section at MARFORPAC, Camp Smith, HI. This role involves overseeing SharePoint and Command and Control (C2) integration, facilitating requirements gathering, and supporting enterprise-wide integrations for Information Management initiatives. The position requires collaboration with various divisions to ensure effective project management and the development of solutions that align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the IKM Section, including SharePoint and C2 integration.
• Plan and facilitate requirements gathering, system migrations, and application development projects.
• Support enterprise-wide integrations for Information Management initiatives.
• Recommend best business practices for solutions and product support services.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and communicate project status to executive management.
• Monitor production system incidents and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, and testing of new applications/products.
• Support customer engagement with MARFORPAC and other agencies to expand IKM presence.

Requirements

• High School degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience.
• Experience leading teams and projects.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Experience configuring SharePoint sites and providing custom solutions.
• Experience in developing solutions integrated into multiple Teams & M365 services.
• PMP and/or Sec+ CE certifications.
