As a Senior Manager Learning (Lifestyle) at Hilton, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learning and development strategies for our Lifestyle brands. This position is part of the Corporate Human Resources team and reports directly to the Director of Global Learning for Full Service & Lifestyle Brands. Your primary responsibility will be to partner with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most valuable asset—our Team Members. You will lead the strategic design and architecture of the learning curriculum, which includes the design, development, and curation of training content tailored to the unique needs of our Lifestyle brands. In this role, you will consult with business partners to assess learning needs and advise on effective learning approaches across multiple brands simultaneously. You will analyze learning requests, aligning them with Hilton University's broader objectives, and lead the implementation of learning solutions with the support of the Director of Global Learning. Additionally, you will manage the budget for learning programs, travel, and expenses, ensuring that all instructional design and training effectiveness measures align with our organizational goals. Your collaboration with other members of the Global Learning and Talent Development team will be essential, as you will conduct external benchmarking and develop learning approaches rooted in adult learning theory. You will also facilitate both virtual and in-person learning programs, ensuring that our training initiatives are impactful and sustainable.
