About the position

The Senior Manager of Marketing and Digital Analytics leads a team focused on providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies. This role is essential for ensuring that marketing decisions are informed by data, enhancing customer engagement and driving business growth. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and the development of strategies to advance digital analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and digital analytics professionals.
  • Develop and oversee the execution of a plan to advance marketing and digital analytics capabilities.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of standardized marketing and digital analytics processes.
  • Promote data literacy by educating teams on marketing analytics data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into cohesive strategies.
  • Oversee the prioritization and overall workflow to ensure successful delivery of analytics work.
  • Guide the team in analyzing marketing performance across various channels.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of marketing technologies.
  • Partner with IT business intelligence and data governance to ensure data governance and quality.
  • Manage relationships and partner with third-party vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics roles.
  • 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a data-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in using data insights to drive marketing strategy.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree in business, marketing analytics, data science, or related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
