Walmart is where America comes to shop in-store and online and Walmart Connect (WMC) is a one of kind scaled solution to help advertisers and agencies connect with their customers wherever they shop - online or in store. As the WMC marketing team, we aim to reach and engage advertisers and agencies and show them the magic of Walmart Connect as a (retail) media platform and opportunity to build more meaningful connections with their customers/shoppers while increasing sales to eventually position Walmart Connect as a must-buy advertising and retail media platform. You will build Connect's core brand strategy and bringing it to life with a 360 integrated marketing plan through all touchpoints. A creative brand planner who can bring simplicity to complexity. Someone who can work with many WMC teams and own a piece of the puzzle in bringing our brand to the market. Someone who will help our brand breakthrough at high stakes moments (owned moments or known industry events). You are not only a strategist but also a master orchestrator who can integrate all different touch points with rigorous planning experience! A strategist who can work with creative agencies to help build custom programs and ideas to bring our brand to life. You are a collaborator who will cohesively partner with teammates, leaders, and internal partners in research, sales, comms, marketing, and other relevant teams. This role will report to the Director of Marketing Planning and Strategy. This is not a remote role. You would be required to spend the majority of the work week in either our San Bruno, CA or Hoboken, NJ office.
