About the position

The Senior Manager of Brand Marketing is a member of the US Brand Marketing Team within the broader Commercial Operations, North America organization. The role will support the Director and Associate Director for the assigned brand with developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives. The role will be responsible for the execution of marketing tactics aligned to brand strategies with guidance and feedback from the Director/Associate Director.

Responsibilities

  • Support Director/Assoc Director for assigned brand with the development of comprehensive brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Support the analysis of market research findings, competitor activities, customer feedback, and sales feedback to inform strategies and tactical planning.
  • Manage, with guidance and feedback from the Director/Associate Director, the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities/tactics across various channels.
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, medical affairs, sales training, and agencies, to create and rollout impactful campaigns that drive brand objectives.
  • Identify and monitor metrics to assess performance and execution of critical activities.
  • Shepherd promotional materials through medical, legal, and regulatory review committee and ensure regulatory compliance with support of Director/Associate Director.
  • Manage brand budget for promotional activities with oversight from Director/Associate Director.

Requirements

  • Bachelors' degree required, preferably in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing.
  • MBA a preferred.
  • 7+ years' healthcare experience with 5+ years' commercial marketing experience in pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry.
