The Senior Manager, Revenue Analytics and Governance at Sanmina Corporation is responsible for establishing processes and analytics to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards. This role involves developing financial models, partnering with various teams to ensure adherence to revenue policies, and building analyses and dashboards to drive insights for revenue compliance across multiple revenue streams. The position requires a strong focus on data integrity, risk assessment, and the implementation of best practices in revenue reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes and analytics for revenue recognition compliance.
• Develop financial models to test revenue compliance and adherence to internal control procedures.
• Partner with finance, commercial, and sales teams to ensure compliance with revenue policies.
• Build analyses and dashboards from data to drive insights and recommendations for revenue compliance.
• Analyze large amounts of information generated through company operations using analytics and visualization tools.
• Develop and adhere to best practices in revenue compliance and reporting.
• Define and manage policies for assessing programs for potential risk and compliance strategies.
• Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of global revenue recognition policies and controls.
• Support monitoring processes to ensure policy compliance and effectiveness of revenue controls.
• Support the implementation of processes and controls on cross-functional deals for Finance teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in revenue operations, management consulting, financial modeling, or similar fields.
• Strong project management skills with experience delivering high-quality results in tight deadline environments.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
• Exceptional internal/external presentation and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills; rapid critical thinking skills.
• Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and experience with analytics and visualization tools.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and complexity to solve problems and achieve challenging goals.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
