About The Position
As the Senior Manager of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and operationalizing our company vision and strategy, ensuring Stitch Fix delivers on its corporate goals. This position is an exciting opportunity to create significant impact by leading strategic planning, running Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and ensuring cross-functional alignment with our corporate objectives. You'll also partner with leaders across all levels to deploy go-to-market strategies and manage key initiatives across the business. Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Transformation, you'll collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders across Tech, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, Operations, and Client Services. You'll ensure strategic plans are actionable, measurable, and embedded across teams to drive meaningful outcomes for our company and employees.
