About the position

Real Chemistry is looking for a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to join the People Team. This candidate should have a background in talent acquisition, talent management, and full-cycle recruiting. The Senior Manager will play a crucial role as a member of the Talent Acquisition Team. This role will focus on providing an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process and help grow our business. As an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team, you are as equally good at sourcing as you are at interviewing, learning about a team's talent goals, and understanding what candidates' growth and team objectives are! This is a hybrid role, based in any of our US offices-including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco-or remotely within the US, depending on team and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Define the future of Real Chemistry by hiring the best talent for the teams you're working with.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple levels of the business - TA partners, finance, resource management, hiring managers.
  • Establish a competitive pipeline of candidates.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all candidates in recruiting process though every phase of recruitment, from sourcing to offer.
  • Help to identify proactive solutions to alleviate hiring pain points and get ahead of the hiring curve.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Experience in recruiting for advertising, marketing, or communications. Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of the communications/advertising/marketing industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, follow through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance working independently as well as in a collaborative team environment in a fast-paced energetic culture.
