Marine engineer to work in FPSO marine/piping systems on vessel side scope. Assigned to work on FPSO marine systems: Develop GAP assessment study report for marine equipment's, marine class(ABS, BV or equivalent) compliance check. Issuance/review of technical calculations (equipment capacity & line sizing, pressure drop). Review and approval of vessel P&ID's, calculations, ABS or equivalent marine rule requirements on piping systems (Cargo oil, slop, inert gas, ballast, bilge, steam, fresh water, sea water, hazardous and non-hazardous drain, Cargo offloading, Accommodation utility piping). Create equipment specification / datasheets, inspection / refurbishment scope of work as per project requirements. Study existing marine piping system design and re-engineer as per contract requirements for brownfield projects. Vendor selection process (interface with supply chain, review offers and issue TBE, participate to bid clarification meetings). PO execution: package engineer (accountable for compliance with specifications). Knowledge of FPSO/Crude oil tanker piping systems including cargo oil, slop, inert gas, ballast, bilge, steam, fresh water, sea water, drain etc.
