As a Senior Marketing and Communications Manager at Mortenson, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business in the Milwaukee and Greater Wisconsin market. You will oversee the entire proposal and content creation processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables are produced on time. Your leadership will guide the team in refining strategies to follow best practices throughout the proposal process, from pre-proposal stages to final presentations. You will also be accountable for developing the marketing strategy and implementation plan, managing team performance, and optimizing the marketing budget across various mediums. Additionally, you will generate insights for thought leadership and brand-building strategies, ensuring that all content reflects the customer's language and resonates with the target audience. Your role will also involve collaborating with customer marketing teams on project-level marketing and serving as a resource for marketing materials to build excitement around high-profile projects. This position reports to the Vice President of Project Development and requires a proactive approach to managing competing priorities and deadlines.
