About the position

The Senior Marketing Manager for Wisdom Panel at Antech Diagnostics is responsible for leading the global marketing strategy and implementation for genetic testing among pet professionals. This role aims to enhance the uptake of genetic testing by veterinarians and breeders, thereby improving health outcomes for pets. The position involves strategic planning, brand activation, and collaboration with various teams to drive growth in the B2B segment across multiple markets including the US, UK, EU, APAC, and ANZ.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing strategy and brand activation plans for Wisdom's priorities in the pet professional space.
• Research and understand the pet genetic testing industry for veterinarians and breeders.
• Own and deploy the Wisdom PRO brand identity to appeal to veterinary professionals and breeders.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, and creative teams to sustain a comprehensive product offering for PRO customers.
• Manage the Pet PRO marketing budget, including reporting and KPI tracking.
• Partner with D2C marketing teams to define customer acquisition and retention strategies for direct-to-breeder stores.
• Oversee the Shopify direct-to-breeder storefront to ensure relevant messaging and promotional strategies.
• Translate new product features into compelling marketing messages for key audiences.
• Manage trade marketing activations and visibility at industry conferences and events.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers in the veterinary space.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 6+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on both B2B and B2C, preferably in veterinary or health sectors.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience driving digital/eCommerce sales.
• Proven track record in marketing within the veterinary or pet healthcare markets.

• Experience in startup environments or tech companies.
• Knowledge of genetic testing in the pet care or human healthcare space.
