About the position

The Senior Marketing Program Specialist at Lennox is a pivotal role within Allied Air Enterprises, a division of Lennox International. This position is designed for a creative marketing professional who will manage and set the direction for several signature marketing programs. The specialist will work closely with key stakeholders to socialize their vision and drive excellence and results for these programs. The role offers a wide range of creative liberty and resources to accelerate the sell-through of products, requiring a collaborative and consultative communication style. The specialist will be responsible for establishing key performance indicators and regularly reporting on these metrics, ensuring that the programs align with the company's marketing and sales strategies. In this role, the specialist will play a critical part in the marketing programs team, setting strategic vision and executing plans throughout the channel. Responsibilities include working with the manager to set overall program strategies, designing and maintaining merchandising guidelines, managing policies and benefits of the programs, and researching enhancements to existing programs. The specialist will also benchmark offerings against competitors to ensure superior customer offerings and collaborate with product management, brand marketing, engineers, and technical support teams. Additionally, the specialist will plan and execute a marketing budget to support program goals. This hybrid position requires in-office work from Monday to Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and set the direction of several signature marketing programs for Allied Air.
  • Work with manager to set overall programs strategy, including financial and reporting metrics for existing marketing programs.
  • Design and maintain merchandising guidelines for programs, generating innovative ideas while ensuring a consistent customer experience.
  • Manage, develop, and implement policies and benefits of programs to maximize return on investment.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend new enhancements to existing programs.
  • Benchmark program offerings against key competitors to ensure superior offerings.
  • Direct programs to align with defined company marketing and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with product management, brand marketing, engineers, and technical support teams.
  • Plan and execute a marketing budget in support of program goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum five years related experience, with at least three years in marketing programs.
  • Expertise in sales promotion, program management, and proven marketing program success.
  • Financial acumen to translate marketing investments into profitable returns.
  • Technical aptitude to lead technical teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong public speaking and executive communication techniques.
  • Commitment to a fast-paced marketing environment with high energy and enthusiasm.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including corporate executives and independent business owners.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of approximately $78,000 - $102,900 based on qualifications, experience, and education.
  • Hybrid work model with in-office work Monday through Thursday and optional remote work on Fridays.
