Reporting to the Dreambank senior manager, the position offers a compensation range of $76,000.00 - $125,000.00, with salary compensation varying based on job level and geographic work location. The primary accountabilities include designing, developing, and executing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer market activity. The individual will develop and maintain strong partnerships with both internal and external business partners to ensure that marketing strategies and plans effectively address customer needs and align with company goals. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing an overall brand strategy for programming, creative, and content that aligns with the brand and marketing goals, ensuring a strong brand voice and tone. As the voice of the customer in product and service development, the position will be responsible for developing customer requirements, defining positioning, and crafting customer messaging to differentiate the company's products in the marketplace. The individual will leverage expert knowledge of customer needs, marketplace research, and competitive intelligence to bring innovative offerings to market. Leading the development and execution of compelling, on-brand, on-time, and on-budget consumer-facing campaigns and programs is a key responsibility, including managing high-profile projects and stakeholders. The position also requires collaboration with marketing leadership to ensure the integration of the company brand across the organization and leading the strategy and execution of creating exceptional brand experiences that result in measurable impact.
