About the position

Based at the Dream Bank in Madison, WI, this position is responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, measurement, optimization, and budget of assigned marketing programs. The role initiates new projects and ideas to increase marketing results and performance. Reporting to the Dreambank senior manager, the position offers a compensation range of $76,000.00 - $125,000.00, with salary compensation varying based on job level and geographic work location. The primary accountabilities include designing, developing, and executing marketing strategies and programs that drive customer market activity. The individual will develop and maintain strong partnerships with both internal and external business partners to ensure that marketing strategies and plans effectively address customer needs and align with company goals. Additionally, the role involves developing and executing an overall brand strategy for programming, creative, and content that aligns with the brand and marketing goals, ensuring a strong brand voice and tone. As the voice of the customer in product and service development, the position will be responsible for developing customer requirements, defining positioning, and crafting customer messaging to differentiate the company's products in the marketplace. The individual will leverage expert knowledge of customer needs, marketplace research, and competitive intelligence to bring innovative offerings to market. Leading the development and execution of compelling, on-brand, on-time, and on-budget consumer-facing campaigns and programs is a key responsibility, including managing high-profile projects and stakeholders. The position also requires collaboration with marketing leadership to ensure the integration of the company brand across the organization and leading the strategy and execution of creating exceptional brand experiences that result in measurable impact. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and execute marketing strategies and programs that drive customer market activity.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external business partners to ensure marketing strategies and plans address customer needs and company goals.
  • Develop and execute overall brand strategy for programming, creative and content that align with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Serve as voice of customer in product/service development, developing customer requirements, defining positioning and customer messaging to differentiate company products in the marketplace.
  • Use expert knowledge of customer needs, marketplace research, and competitive intelligence to bring innovative offerings to the market.
  • Lead the development and execution of compelling, on-brand, on-time and on-budget consumer-facing campaigns and programs including relationship management of high-profile projects and stakeholders.
  • Partner with internal business partners to track effectiveness of campaign and programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure the integration of the company brand across the organization.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of creating exceptional brand experiences that result in measurable impact.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience developing and writing creative advertising or marketing campaign briefs.
  • Demonstrated experience leading integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in creative, copy and content strategy development.
  • Demonstrated experience managing high-profile, deadline driven stakeholders and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading social media campaigns and strategy.
  • Demonstrated experience with MS Office.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of brand strategy, marketing and advertising concepts, strategies and techniques.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
