Job Description Increase brand awareness, identify key audiences, generate leads, and build meaningful relationships with customers using digital B2B marketing channels.Ensure that DHL Supply Chain in North America is seen as a thought leader in the logistics space. Objectives include identifying key audiences, generating leads, increasing brand awareness and building meaningful relationships with customers. Responsibilities Support management and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and long-term strategies for sector level marketing Manage digital brand resources and processes to enable consistent brand delivery Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and strategies Perform quantitative and qualitative market research to implement data-driven marketing campaigns Manage digital marketing channels including content hubs, website, social media advocacy and podcasts Develop and execute social media strategy for DSC NA (advocacy, promoted social, social selling) Required Education and Experience BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations, required 2+ years of demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge, required Proven experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist, required Experience working in a multi-geography, multi-cultural B2B marketing environment, preferred Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills, required Our Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
