Responsibilities

  • Drive and support PSA's brand across external marketing platforms.
  • Identify recruiting advertising opportunities that fit with brand and recruiting needs.
  • Create and edit videos for internal and external mediums.
  • Support all PSA departments with marketing collateral requests.
  • Counsel internal customers and partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience with content strategy and content development for a variety of platforms for both internal and external audiences.
  • Use creative and innovative means to drive strong engagement and organic growth of all marketing mediums.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors on marketing campaigns.
  • Keep track of recruiting marketing budget.
  • Identify, manage and execute sponsorship opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on success of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage recruiting content on website and social media and provide recruiting team the resources they need to properly market the events they are attending.
  • Collaborate on planning and manage proactive recruitment marketing including utilization of LinkedIn and Hootsuite as a tool for the recruiting team.
  • Serve as recruiting liaison and identify ongoing recruitment marketing needs.
  • Create graphic design templates including flyers, social media event headers and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting teams to build and implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to identify best practices for using LinkedIn and Glassdoor as recruiting tools.
  • Manage all dedicated marketing projects.
  • Oversee assigned department strategy and execution on digital advertising and SEO.
  • Manage the production, hosting and planning of Plane and Simple, PSA podcast.
  • Support company-wide marketing and communication efforts as needed.
  • Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • At least two years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
  • Previous experience with managing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in developing and executing CRM programs, including email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Experience developing and creating digital, video and/or interactive content.
  • Ability to speak/read/write in English.
  • If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
