Responsibilities
- Provide essential technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the mechanical team.
- Ensure unparalleled quality in all engineering projects, timely billing, and collection of project fees.
- Collaborate closely with the Director in achieving marketing goals, revenue targets, and exceeding client expectations.
- Depending on project size, complexity, or client needs, you may helm the role of the Project Engineer.
Requirements
- A BSME degree or its equivalent.
- Over 10 years of experience in a similar Engineering Consulting or Architectural Engineering setting.
- A PE License or the ability to secure reciprocity.
- Proven experience in diverse healthcare project design and management.
- Acumen in project management, fee negotiation, drafting proposals, and initiating project kick-off meetings.
