About the position

The Senior NetSuite Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of NetSuite ERP solutions to meet the strategic, financial, and operational needs of Tiger Biosciences. This role involves overseeing production releases, ensuring compliance with quality improvement practices, and collaborating with various departments to fulfill business requirements effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of multiple NetSuite instances to meet business requirements.
  • Initiate and approve design documents for NetSuite fields, forms, records, saved searches, reports, and dashboards in accordance with Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) practices.
  • Lead NetSuite root cause analysis (RCA) process and implement solutions.
  • Organize the entire software development lifecycle, including business analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-deployment validation.
  • Secure and maintain existing APIs based on guidance provided by peers.
  • Approve NetSuite integrations with third-party systems using SuiteTalk or RESTful frameworks or others as needed.
  • Lead reporting, dashboards, and work with executive leadership for business intelligence.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, approve code reviews.
  • Work closely with medical device manufacturing, finance, and QA to understand their requirements in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Manage NetSuite licensure commitments and promptly notify management of exceptions.
  • Lead NetSuite change control and updates.
  • Work as needed to support NetSuite during outages.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO Standards, cGMP/CGTP, other relevant regulations/standards, and internal organizational policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Start job responsibilities punctually and ensure consistent presence throughout the entire shift to complete responsibilities properly and attend all scheduled meetings and appointments.
  • Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours during weekdays or weekends, as necessary, to meet operational needs and ensure business continuity.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Master's degree a plus.
  • At least 5+ years of ERP / Oracle NetSuite architecture experience.
  • Strong familiarity with agile software development practices and tools.
  • Expert with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) or Automated Configuration tools.
  • Proficient in business processes related to manufacturing, operations, distribution, finance, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Revenue Recognition, and Inventory Management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
  • Strong team player who is also able to operate independently and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks within tight deadlines and prioritize effectively while delivering high-quality work.
  • GxP compliance a plus.
