Your journey starts now-protect and innovate with ManTech! ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Network Engineer to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position. As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and resilience capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter's effectiveness. Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-level network solutions that set new industry standards
• Lead major network projects and initiatives, ensuring success from concept to completion
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the network engineering team
• Collaborate with other departments to align network strategy with business objectives
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and trends to keep us at the forefront
• Provides technical expertise in the management of a public and/or private network such as Internet protocol (IP) networks, wide area networks (WANs), and public switched telephone networks
• Plans, designs, installs, maintains, monitors, analyzes, troubleshoots, modifies, and supports network communications systems to provide maximum performance and availability

Requirements

• BA/BS degree, or, High School and 6 years of additional relevant experience, or, Associate's Degree and 4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of Bachelor's degree
• 12+ years of experience in network engineering
• Expert knowledge of network architecture and design principles
• Extensive experience with network security and compliance standards
• Experience in multi-level security networks including cross-domain solutions

Nice-to-haves

• Relevant certifications such as CCIE or equivalent
• Master's degree and/or Ph.D
• Experience with network automation and orchestration to streamline operations
• Knowledge of cloud networking and hybrid environments to support modern infrastructures
• Familiarity with DevOps practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide teams
• Ability to think strategically and drive innovation across the organization
