About the position

The role involves planning and overseeing enterprise-level support and service activities for company products and services, specifically for designated partners. The individual will develop and maintain partner relationships, ensuring accountability and responsibility within partner-specific teams. This includes managing P&L responsibilities, strategy development, and collaboration with various cross-functional teams to drive growth and retention efforts for the partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individual Partner relationships and ensure goals, strategies, and objectives are in place to support execution of all Partner and Pathward plans.
  • Create Partner-specific strategic account plans aligning with overall revenue/gross margin and Pathward corporate strategy goals.
  • Champion partner's business development initiatives within Pathward.
  • Identify and drive new product opportunities within Pathward, with and for Partner.
  • Monitor and assess trends and problem areas, understanding Partner's unique needs and providing feedback on Pathward's performance.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with Partners at all times.
  • Hold regular face-to-face meetings with senior level executives to strategize objectives and ensure alignment between Partner and Pathward.
  • Align partner needs with internal solutions and challenge the status quo to develop solutions for retention and growth.
  • Engage Pathward senior management to assist with reaching partner objectives and account plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
