About the position

The Senior Partner Account Manager (PAM) at Minitab, LLC is responsible for identifying, recruiting, enabling, and managing a regional partner ecosystem. This role focuses on fostering strategic partnerships that drive both recurring and new business revenue growth, aligning with Minitab's global go-to-market strategy and customer engagement lifecycle. The PAM will also implement partner enablement programs and develop annual business development plans, providing sales support for key partner-driven opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit regional partners to build a strong partner ecosystem.
  • Enable and manage partnerships to drive revenue growth for Minitab.
  • Align partner strategies with Minitab's global go-to-market plan.
  • Develop and execute annual partner business development plans.
  • Provide sales support on key partner-driven sales opportunities.
  • Track and understand partner sales pipelines and leverage their customer base for Minitab's products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of indirect channel business development experience in enterprise software markets.
  • Consistent achievement of 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas.
  • Experience working collaboratively with internal sales and services teams and partners.
  • Business Intelligence and/or Statistical Analytics experience is a plus.
  • Experience in Public Sector/Federal markets is highly desired.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Familiarity with structured value-based and/or consultative selling methodologies.

  • Multi-channel experience in sales and business development.
  • Multi-lingual capabilities in relevant regions.
