About the position

The Product Analyst role at DISH focuses on enhancing customer experience through data analysis and strategic recommendations for the IVR and Chat self-service channels. This position requires collaboration across various teams to drive improvements and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and business acumen to influence product strategy and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to derive insights from multiple data sources, identifying problems, trends, and opportunities across the IVR and Chat experience.
• Collaborate with product managers to drive strategic focus that impacts KPIs.
• Stay updated on business processes and understand how updates affect customer behavior and experience.
• Communicate and present data-driven stories to diverse audiences effectively.
• Lead product teams indirectly through collaboration and influence, ensuring alignment on priorities and goals.
• Execute initiatives and deliver results, consistently exceeding goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or at least four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expert-level proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience using SQL (or similar) to pull data and create meaningful insights.
• Experience operating within the agile development methodology.
• Knowledge of digital technology and vendors.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including IT personnel and senior business executives.
• Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
