About the position

The Senior Product Analyst - Equities is responsible for gaining a comprehensive understanding of the US Equity market, customers, and competitors to shape and execute the product roadmap. This role involves generating actionable recommendations based on market intelligence, translating product strategy into detailed requirements, and driving the execution of the full product lifecycle. The analyst will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product development and launch, while also creating essential product documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of the US Equity market, customers, and competitors to shape and execute the product roadmap.
• Generate actionable recommendations based on customer and market intelligence to support product development decision-making.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and development by technology teams.
• Drive the execution of the full product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, product positioning, business requirements, pricing design, roadmap development, product launch, and go-to-market execution.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, business and operations requirements, and product collateral for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate closely with technology, marketing, operations, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, balancing resources to ensure organizational success.
• Lead and develop internal/external programs to ensure that goals and objectives are met.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in product development, project management, software development, and/or data science roles required.
• Broad understanding of the US Equities Markets and a keen interest in capital markets, fintech, and innovative technologies (Cloud and Artificial Intelligence) is strongly preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Proven success in overseeing product development lifecycle and/or large-scale projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across different parts of the organization.
• High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
