As a Senior Product Designer II on the Employer team, you will design experiences to help employers build strong early-career hiring programs. Your role will be pivotal in helping Handshake scale its self-serve subscription business. You will organize, craft, and iterate on large, strategic design initiatives, using data and research to form your product vision. Collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential to ship and iterate on products that make a real impact. You will also help raise the bar on culture and operations within the design team, ensuring high-quality execution of design work. Your experience in designing and shipping products that customers love will be crucial as you bring clarity and simplicity to both process and product.

Responsibilities

• Organize, craft, and iterate on large, strategic design initiatives using data and research.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ship and iterate on products.
• Raise the bar on culture, operations, and execution of design work.
• Strengthen the product organization's ability to experiment, iterate, and learn.
• Inform creative direction and information architecture alongside design leaders.

Requirements

• Experience designing and shipping products for both mobile and desktop.
• Ability to articulate the design process from strategy to execution.
• Skill in integrating data, research, business goals, and customer needs into design solutions.
• Strong ability to iterate quickly and gather feedback to inform decisions.
• A humble and kind attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
