About the position

As Senior Product Designer II on the Talent Acquisition team, you'll design experiences to ensure all early career job seekers - from students to alumni to candidates with non-traditional backgrounds - have access to the resources they need to navigate connecting with the right employers and landing their first job or internship. Your role involves organizing, crafting, and iterating on large, strategic design initiatives, collaborating closely with partners across various functions, and helping your team succeed by raising the bar on culture and execution of design work. You will also inform creative direction and information architecture alongside your design leader teammates and the VP of Design.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, craft, and iterate on large, strategic design initiatives using data, research, and product thinking.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including research, PM, engineering, analytics, design systems, brand, and marketing.
  • Raise the bar on culture, operations, and execution of design work, including product reasoning and systems thinking.
  • Strengthen the product organization's ability to experiment, iterate, and learn.
  • Inform creative direction and information architecture alongside design leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and shipping products, including mobile and desktop.
  • Ability to articulate the design process from high-level strategy to pixel-level decision-making.
  • Skill in integrating data, research, business goals, technical constraints, and customer needs into design solutions.
  • Ability to iterate quickly and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
