  • A high bar for design and design partnership, with the ability to provide and encourage thoughtful feedback on designs.
  • 3-4 high quality examples of design projects that showcase craft, design strategy, and storytelling.
  • Emotional intelligence and people savvy to bring clarity to the work and address situations with increased communication.
  • Curiosity for how designing with and for AI can impact and influence problem-solving for users and the business.

  • Ability to balance scope, speed, and design quality to drive customer success.
  • Experience translating conceptual ideas and user requirements into high-fidelity visual designs.
  • Ability to set success metrics that demonstrate the impact of design on customer and business outcomes.
  • Experience working with design architecture, IA, and a design system.

Benefits
