As a senior product designer on the Merchant Experience & Integrity team, you will spearhead an exciting new initiative aimed at supporting merchants when issues arise. You’ll delve into merchant journeys to identify creative solutions for their pain points, enhancing user satisfaction while also driving key business metrics. This role goes beyond designing pixels; you’ll act as a domain owner, collaborating with cross-functional teams—including research, product, engineering, analytics, and business—to shape the team’s vision and strategy. Since this team is in its early stages, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help build its culture and processes from the ground up. Success in this role requires balancing both high-level strategic planning and on-the-ground experimentation, seamlessly shifting between short-term tactical initiatives and long-term, transformational changes for our merchants.
