This position is not just about design; it's about creating impactful experiences that resonate with millions of users globally. You will collaborate closely with other product designers and cross-functional partners to define and execute a vision for new features and explorations that elevate our product. Your work will span all phases of the design process, from conception to implementation, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. In this role, you will lead design efforts for large projects or take responsibility for significant components of multiple projects that are critical to our business. You will implement innovative practices that drive change and identify new opportunities for value creation. As a thought leader within your cross-functional group, you will demonstrate the ability to implement forward-thinking design strategies. Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as Product Management and Engineering, will be essential to ensure alignment with broader product goals and company objectives. You will also lead your team in framing and providing thoughtful solutions to complex design challenges, ensuring a user-centered approach throughout the design process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product designers and cross-functional partners to define and execute the vision for new features and explorations.
• Lead design efforts for large projects or significant components of multiple projects.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding and implementation of the internal design process.
• Lead the cross-functional team in framing and providing thoughtful solutions to complex design problems.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer.
• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.
• Mastery in UX software such as Figma.
• Design portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design solutions, with an emphasis on identifying and solving true user problems.
• Foundational understanding of HTML and CSS.
• Exceptional track record in executing product design strategy and mentoring designers.
• Experience in building world-class product experiences and streamlining workflows with continuous iteration and improvement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead user experience design, including usability principles, user research methodology, and testing techniques.
• Willingness to take smart risks and champion new ideas.
