Senior Product Designer

About the position

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can build engaging experiences to join our Sportsbook Product design team here at FDJ United! As a Product Designer, you will be an essential member of both the Sportsbook Design team and a dedicated cross-functional team alongside Product Manager/Owner and Developers. In this role, you'll ensure that outcomes are insight-driven, thoughtfully explored, and aligned with our design process. We are home to several successful online gambling brands, with Unibet being our largest Sportsbook brand. As part of our team, you'll work across international products, crafting experiences that impact millions of sports betting enthusiasts worldwide. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a central role in developing a key area of our overall user experience, driving the creation of innovative and user-centered design solutions that enhance usability and engagement. Your expertise will be crucial in translating complex ideas into intuitive interfaces that resonate with our users, ultimately shaping how they interact with our products. As a multi-location team, we balance working from home and the office. With part of the design team based outside Europe, some flexibility in working hours is needed to collaborate effectively across time zones. Responsibilities

• Gather data, insights, and requirements to make evidence-based decisions.
• Design UX architecture and UI for a cohesive user experience across platforms.
• Deliver high-quality user flows, concepts, prototypes, and design documentation.
• Contribute to defining visions that balance user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with your design team and wider community to transform ideas into useful features and multi-channel experiences.
• Work closely with Product Designers, UX Researchers, Product Owners and Developers.
• Craft easy to use, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to millions of users.
• Present outcomes clearly using storytelling techniques for various stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships and trust, ensuring we get the best from both our team members and those we work closely with.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Design, creating impactful user experiences across various platforms and channels with an app-first mindset.
• A strong capability to make pragmatic design decisions aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Expert knowledge of Figma, including its core features such as auto-layout, component variants, and libraries.
• Ability to provide and receive actionable feedback from UX experts, stakeholders, and developers.
• Natural collaborator who thrives in diverse, complex, and changing environments.
• Effective communicator with storytelling skills to articulate design decisions rationale.
• A track record of delivering high-quality design work.
