This position is critical in driving the design of internal tools essential for optimizing our technology investment management. In this role, you will create high-fidelity designs, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that demonstrate a deep understanding of the user journey. You will work closely with engineering partners to ensure that designs are implemented effectively. Utilizing an iterative design approach, you will incorporate user feedback throughout the product development life cycle, continuously refining and optimizing the experience to enhance usability and meet business goals. You will also support the creation of detailed journey maps to understand and visualize the end-to-end user experience across multiple touchpoints, collaborating cross-functionally to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement with a long-term scalable mindset that supports our internal systems and processes. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Portfolio, Technology, and Product leaders to align the tools with their needs and the company's strategic goals. You will capture and prioritize user requirements and enhancements through regular feedback loops. Additionally, you will support change management efforts to promote adoption and usage across the organization, developing documentation to facilitate user transition. Ensuring that tools meet user needs and objectives while offering a seamless customer experience will be a core responsibility. Your expertise in product design will be crucial, as you will be expected to demonstrate experience in designing software or technology products, preferably within an enterprise setting managing internal tools. Analytical and critical thinking skills will be essential, as you will need to analyze complex data, understand user needs, and translate them into effective product solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills will enable you to build relationships with stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe, as well as prototyping tools, will be necessary, along with a strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
