As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in creating intuitive interfaces and innovative features that enhance our users' productivity.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve key features of the ClickUp platform, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for your projects
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to iterate on designs and ensure successful implementation
- Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Contribute to the evolution of ClickUp's design system and overall product strategy
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in productivity and project management software design
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience shipping production-grade software, ideally in the productivity or project management space
- Strong portfolio showcasing your contributions to successful product designs in fast-paced environments
- Expertise in UX/UI design with a focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces
- Proficiency in tackling complex interaction design challenges
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas through visual designs and interactive prototypes (we use Figma)
- Experience with design systems and familiarity with technical tools (e.g., Git, VS Code)
- Excellent visual, UI, and interaction design skills
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
