Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce domain.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product strategies.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving product innovation, process optimization, and delivering measurable business impact.
  • Passion for customer obsession and a deep understanding of the e-commerce and supply chain landscape.
  • A 'compliance first' attitude to keep our regulators happy.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management for logistics systems, transportation management systems (TMS), or other supply chain execution technologies.
  • Experience in an operational role in a logistics function at a freight forwarding company or other participant in international trade.
  • Proven success in driving product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction in a B2B or enterprise software environment.
  • Experience in leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to enhance supply chain product capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for new service onboarding, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business impact and customer value.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Demand, Ops Tech, UX, and Implementation teams to define and deliver capabilities and technology features that keep customers' shipments moving.
  • Collaborate with Schedule, Visibility, Ocean, Air, UX, and Demand teams to define and deliver aggregated data experiences that accelerate actions for customers.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine problem-solving capabilities, defect management, and process optimization across inbound and outbound paths.
  • Leverage data and insights to make informed decisions, measure success, and iterate on product strategies.
