The Collectibles Team at eBay is seeking a Growth initiatives senior product manager, who is passionate about online commerce, customer experience and the Collectibles category. The person will primarily be responsible for driving the product strategy and execution of innovative and bold product ideas to drive long-term, sustainable growth in Ebay's Collectibles business. You will be hands-on in the formulation and execution of our strategy with a constant obsession to define and solve customer problems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution for a portfolio of products
  • Deliver on key strategic priorities and build a forward looking plan
  • Build a fast moving culture in close partnership with Research, Design, Engineering, and Business leadership
  • Collaborate with senior leaders across eBay’s management team to align plans with partners in the core product and technology teams as well as within the teams across functions: marketing, operations, finance, and strategy

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Successful track record leading consumer facing products
  • Experience leading highly matrixed product teams
  • Strategic problem solver able to synthesize insights from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, marketing research, and design) to identify key customer unmet needs and solutions
  • Fluent in executive storytelling
  • Well-versed in the trading cards and other collectible hobbies space and their relevant competitive landscapes
  • Bias towards action and an iterative, test and learn approach to product management

Benefits

  • Base pay range: $124,000 - $208,300
  • Target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable)
