Responsibilities

  • Drive the strategy and execution for customer-facing web, iOS, and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience across all touchpoints.
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to incorporate best practices, trends, and platform-specific nuances for web and both iOS and Android applications.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning sessions, support the definition of sprint goals, and collaborate with engineering teams to contribute to the on-time delivery of product features.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it supports the product roadmap and addresses user and stakeholder needs effectively.
  • Coordinate aspects of release planning and execution, including contributing to setting release dates and defining release content.
  • Engage in collaboration with engineering, design, and marketing teams, supporting the seamless development, launch, and promotion of product features.
  • Assist in gathering and incorporating user feedback, both direct and indirect, and usability testing results into the product development process to support a user-centric product strategy.
  • Help monitor product performance against established metrics, supporting the analysis and leveraging data to recommend product improvements.
  • Contribute to the clear communication of product progress, sprint outcomes, and release updates to stakeholders, fostering transparency and ensuring alignment within the team and with external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, communication, or a related field.
  • 5+ years as a Product Manager.
  • Experience interacting with IT and Business leaders.
  • Able to translate technical documentation for business consumption and understanding.
  • Experience in building and shipping applications of software.

  • Experience in Aviation, Transportation, Travel, or Maintenance Industries.
  • Strong understanding of mobile app and web development processes, trends, and best practices.
  • Experience working in both mobile and web application development environment, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of iOS and Android platforms.
  • An entrepreneurial mentality that is comfortable with ambiguity and can drive a vision to fruition is essential.
  • Able to excel in an Agile work environment.
  • Strong experience with MixPanel or similar analytics tools to derive insights and optimize product performance.
  • Adept at identifying trends and optimizing product performance.
  • Exhibits exceptional creative problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques.
  • Pays exceptional attention to detail.
  • Possesses excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Sensitive to the needs of customers while managing expectations of internal customers.
  • Strong team player. Values relationships with other team members.
  • Candidate should be self-motivated, able to thrive in a startup-like environment, and demonstrate a drive to build and manage relationships.
