About The Position

The Senior Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Strategist at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center will lead the development and execution of SEO strategies for both web and mobile platforms. This role involves managing keyword research, technical SEO, and collaboration with various teams to enhance online visibility and performance. The strategist will also be responsible for ongoing reporting and optimization efforts to align with the organization's goals and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Leadership/Management, Business, or related field required.
• Master's degree in Healthcare Leadership/Management, Business, or related field preferred.
• Five to seven years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) preferred.
• Two years of prior management or related experience, including leadership coaching and mentoring required.
• Three years of prior consulting, strategy, and/or business development experience in healthcare or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive search optimization for web and mobile platforms.
• Own SEO strategy and day-to-day execution, including keyword research and analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to communicate technical details and execution tactics.
• Conduct site-wide SEO audits and recommend corrections for page code errors.
• Perform keyword and search trend research to optimize existing content and identify new opportunities.
• Lead local SEO implementation and manage online reputation.
• Utilize reporting tools to track and communicate the impact of SEO initiatives.
• Review and optimize website architecture, including navigation and URL structure.
• Advocate for SEO best practices and educate colleagues on implementation.
• Keep pace with industry trends in SEO, social media, and internet marketing.
