Black Hills State University is seeking applicants for a Senior Secretary position in the Student Life department. The successful candidate will also be responsible for communicating building repair needs through the work order system, ensuring that the facilities are well-maintained and conducive to student activities. Another critical aspect of this role is managing expenditures for purchases, preparing budget reports, and overseeing accounts payable for the Department of Student Life. The Senior Secretary will assist with event planning and special projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on various tasks as requested by the Dean of Students.
