The Senior Segment Marketing Communications Manager, Critical Communications is a pivotal role within the global Marketing Communications team of the Communications Systems division at Bosch Security Systems. This position is based in Burnsville, MN, and is responsible for leading the marketing communications strategy for the Critical Communications segment. The role requires a deep understanding of the target audience and the ability to mobilize branding, digital marketing, and events to effectively reach and engage them. The manager will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications plan tailored to the segment, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and leveraging a dedicated budget and resources. In this role, the manager will act as the marketing communications expert within the purpose team, driving innovative strategies and tactics to enhance brand visibility and market penetration. This includes overseeing global brand and portfolio coverage, as well as regional efforts in North America. The manager will challenge existing practices and explore new avenues for brand growth, including reference marketing, partner co-marketing, and lead generation strategies.
