About The Position

Requirements

• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team.
• 5+ years of experience working with virtualization environments, including VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle, including coding standards and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and build next-generation commercial services for Migrations and Licensing.
• Design ambiguous features and refactor projects to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct code reviews and lead best practices within the team.
• Collaborate with PMT, partners, and peers to deliver results.

• Own and drive the technical roadmap for the team.
