About the position

The Senior Software Engineer will join the growth and marketing team of a leading fintech company, focusing on enhancing user experience and driving conversions to the premium version of their personal finance app. This role involves working on complex web applications and utilizing various technologies to support the growth engineering efforts of Team Luna.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex web applications across the stack.
• Collaborate with the growth and marketing team to enhance user experience.
• Implement features that encourage users to convert to the premium version of the app.
• Utilize growth/marketing technologies to analyze user behavior and improve engagement.
• Work with relational databases to manage and retrieve data efficiently.

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience working across the stack on complex web apps.
• Proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Familiarity with growth/marketing related technologies such as Segment, Amplitude, or Looker.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• PostgreSQL or similar relational database experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
