About the position

As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you'll work collaboratively with a great group of people to serve Lifepoint's diversified healthcare delivery network of hospitals and care sites across the nation. The Senior Analyst, Sourcing is responsible for supporting contract performance analysis, price modeling, minor sourcing events and supporting buyers. In partnership with Category Directors, the Sr. Analyst, Sourcing, establishes key supplier compliance monitoring KPIs specific to performance and value for key suppliers.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Category Managers, establishes key supplier compliance monitoring KPIs specific to performance and value for key vendors.
  • Establishes key operational compliance KPIs to monitor enterprise and facility compliance with contracts (spend and operational compliance).
  • Coordinates with inventory operations and/or category business owners when enterprise compliance is not at performance standards.
  • Coordinates with category managers when vendor compliance is outside of agreed service levels and tolerance.
  • Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Supply Chain Operations or related years of experience.
  • 2-3 years of related experience - High performing operator with specific Supply Chain Management sourcing experience; strong understanding of functional and technical requirements to run the business efficiently and effectively.
  • Technical expertise to translate business requirements into future state configuration for sub-function specific module(s).
