Responsibilities
- Deliver quality products and practices that support company growth.
- Create products to solve unique cybersecurity problems.
- Define the cybersecurity industry by innovating and challenging the status quo.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in software development or QA in cybersecurity or networking.
- Experience in writing test plans and test cases.
- Strong knowledge of SQA methodologies, tools, and procedures.
- Proficient in Python or similar scripting and automation.
- Strong experience in standard TCP/IP protocols such as ARP, IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP & IPSec VPNs.
- Strong experience in L4-L7 protocols (HTTP, SSL/TLS, SMTP, POP3, DNS, LDAP).
- Experience with installation and configuration of protocols on Linux and Windows environments.
- Understanding of how the Internet works at a network packet level.
- Experience with open source test and network traffic generating tools.
- Knowledge of next generation firewall and its IPS engine is a plus.
- Exposure to Cloud Technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure or any other cloud).
- BS or MS degree or equivalent military experience required.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with typical test tools from Spirent, Breaking Point, and Ixia.
