About the position
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join American Tower's Enterprise IT Operations Organization. The Senior Systems Engineer supports infrastructure components including virtual platforms (on premise and cloud based), as well as associated technologies such as backup, replication, monitoring, and alerting. The Senior Systems Engineer interfaces across several channels, leading discussions regarding infrastructure issues and projects, and liaises with stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate those into infrastructure services deliverables. The Senior Systems Engineer must keep current with relevant technologies and provides guidance to management on best practices which can be incorporated into daily operations processes.
Responsibilities
