As a Senior Technical Account Manager for Alternative Investments at Bloomberg, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional service and technical support to our content partners and customers. Your expertise will help in identifying innovative workflow efficiencies and implementing technology solutions that enhance our systems, products, and processes. In this position, you will be tasked with establishing, maintaining, and improving relationships with content partners. This involves developing and implementing technologies and workflows that facilitate the efficient onboarding of new data sets. You will prioritize and lead projects with multiple partners, focusing on improving efficiency and return on investment. Additionally, you will proactively handle campaigns to engage with content partners, ensuring the quality and reliability of contributed content. As a subject matter expert in Alternative Investments, you will leverage business intelligence to spot trends, identify gaps, and suggest areas for data acquisition and content improvements. Your role will also require outstanding customer service skills, as you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple client queries and projects simultaneously. You will need to have a solid understanding of capital markets and the investment lifecycle for private assets, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and partners.
