About the position

The Senior Technical Account Manager at Snowflake is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Snowflake's products and services. This role involves providing technical guidance, support, and strategic advice to clients, helping them to maximize the value of their Snowflake investment. The position requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure their success with Snowflake's products.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, addressing their needs and challenges.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them to maximize the value of their Snowflake investment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a technical account management or customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Experience working with data warehousing, cloud technologies, or related fields.
