About the position

The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead the Inspire team at Amazon, focusing on delivering flagship goals that enhance customer experiences through inspiration-driven shopping journeys. This role involves managing complex technical programs across multiple organizations, ensuring alignment among partner teams, and driving the next generation of social shopping through creator/influencer content.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of flagship goals for the Inspire team.
• Align partner teams and hold them accountable for project delivery.
• Drive complex technical programs across multiple organizations.
• Lead and influence stakeholders to assemble project teams and assign responsibilities.
• Identify appropriate resources needed and develop schedules for timely project completion.
• Assess risks and anticipate bottlenecks in project timelines.
• Provide escalation management and make tradeoffs between business needs and technical constraints.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams.
