About the position

The Senior Technical Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for future openings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the skills required for them.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
