About the position

The Senior Technical Recruiter at MetaPhase is responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, particularly in the federal government contracting sector. This role involves sourcing and engaging technical talent, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and supporting leadership in filling high-volume technical positions. The recruiter will leverage their experience to build a strong pipeline of candidates and represent the company's value proposition effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle recruiting responsibilities while supporting leadership at MetaPhase, including all client and candidate-facing aspects.
  • Support the recruiting lifecycle from requisition open to requisition filled for high volume technical needs.
  • Build a strong pipeline of technical talent through creative efforts to source and engage talent.
  • Research, source, and proactively market technical candidates throughout the organization.
  • Represent MetaPhase's value proposition and mission in a compelling manner.
  • Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements (EEO, AAP, and state specific).

Requirements

  • A minimum of six (6+) or more years of full life cycle recruiting experience managing client facing and candidate facing responsibilities for a large volume of requisitions.
  • Minimum two (2+) or more years in the federal government contracting industry.
  • A minimum of four (4+) years of experience recruiting for various technology roles and technical skills (e.g. CRM/CMS, application development, cloud deployment, data, AI/ML etc.).
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required; MetaPhase currently utilizes Jobvite for this platform.
  • Experience recruiting top technical talent and using various recruitment tools to source and identify qualified talent.
  • Experience working in a high volume, metric driven environment.
  • Ability to create strategy and contribute ideas to improve process.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
