This is a full-time limited position working on Mayor Ginther's project initiative. This is one of those rare opportunities to be part of something bigger than yourself. The City of Columbus is assembling a safety technologies project management office to support Mayor Andrew Ginther's priorities for community safety, our city's first responders, and the city's investments in its Police, Fire, and 911 capabilities. We seek talented, experienced senior technology program and project management professionals to join our team. This position is available with a particular focus on public safety campus and real-time crime center projects; Fire, Police, and 911 projects; and safety technology acquisitions, licensing, and contracting projects. If you have experience, skill and ease with projects of high importance and interest; assessing and resolving complex situations and needs involving multiple stakeholders and interests; planning and managing complicated, sensitive projects; and speaking and writing for large, diverse audiences, let's talk.
