About the position
Culmen is seeking a Senior Training Manager and subject matter expert to advise senior government leadership on training programs in a nuclear security program.
Responsibilities
- Provide mentorship and leadership to International Nuclear Security Training team
- Provide support across Sustainability pillar
- Conduct reviews of curriculum using systematic approach to training
- Evaluate internal and external training programs
- Develop improvement recommendations for internal-facing and external training programs
- Conduct training in the field
- Liaise with national laboratory training SMEs
Requirements
- DOE Q clearance
- Master's Degree or higher degree in training-related/organizational management-related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in a federal government office/national laboratory office/committee
